The Cleaning & Restoration Institute has two goals,
one set of goals for the consumer and one set of goals
for the professional.
Consumer Goals
To help the consumer find a cleaning or restoration contractor
near them easily. To provide the consumer with information
needed, on cleaning and/or restoration projects.
To provide the consumer with up to date information on
how to remove spots and stains from their carpet, find
a cleaner and contractor near them, and provide them with
the knowledge needed to choose the right contractor.
Professional Goals
To provide cleaners with an easy method to get their information
to consumers. Give Cleaners the latest educational material,
provide classes and training. Provide tools to help their
business succeed.
To provide the professional cleaner and/or restoration
contractor with all the tools necessary to build a successful
and profitable business, enabling them to reach their
goals.
